Job Description
To teach Hospitality and/or Hotel Management classes which can include Introduction to Hospitality Management, Housekeeping Operations, Front-Office Operations, Hospitality Computer Operations, Hotel, Gaming and Gaming Law, Hospitality Services Management, Human Resources Management, Hospitality Marketing, Hospitality Career Development, and Hospitality Accounting courses with differing modes of instruction, lecture, demonstration and practical applications of course materials.
- Assist in the promotion of Hospitality and/or Hotel Management Programs. Provide an excellent teaching experience to our students, student advisement, recruitment activities and program/curriculum development.
- Participate in program/division meetings and activities as required.
- Keep abreast of current industry trends and participate in local professional organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field from a regionally accredited college/university.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a Hospitality and/or Hotel environment.
- One year teaching experience.
- Be able to travel and teach at multiple campuses to meet departmental needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in related field from a regionally accredited college/university.
- 5 years management experience in a major hotel.
- More than one year teaching experience in post-secondary hospitality program.+

$925.00 per instructional unit.
